Director at Eversheds the Netherlands
The team training we did with Fares and 6 birds is an experience I will not easily forget. In just a couple of hours working with both the birds and Fares the dynamics within our team changed profoundly. We all felt it as if it were magic. On a personal level the birds and Fares also gave a message not to be ignored. It was a very special and treasured experience.

I participated in a workshop designed and led by Fares, and attended by my team at IESE. The results were beyond my expectations, and Fares' wonderful personality made preparing for the day a delight. I would strongly recommend his unusual and insightful approach to leadership development.

Working in teams and leading people is the working reality in any business and of leaders. Key for success in that context, is building deep and effective relations with people and amongst them. One of the skills required is self management and being aware of your impact - intended and unintended - on others. Helping you understand that and work with you on that, is a core competence of Fares. He has a great skill of reading the undercurrent in individuals, relationships and teams. He is great at helping leaders see and experience their blind spots in working with others. The work with Birds of Prey is a great experience that creates an anchor for alll who have done it.
These wonderful animals react instantly to the your nonverbal behavior and energy and give you immediate feedback on how well your toughts, intentions and actions are aligned. They make you understand why sometimes people want to follow you and why at other moments you don't get done what you want. The combination of Fares' personality, his talents, his ways of relating to you and the work with the Birds is unique and offers learnings and insights that will change your behavior with others for the good.
